Validity and Conditions

• The voucher is valid for 1 person
• It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• It can be used on the days indicated on the voucher
• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the booked date
• After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the voucher will be considered used

If the voucher is valid for one person only, the accommodation provided will still be in a double room. You can therefore:

• pay the additional charge for the second guest at the time of booking
  
  
• or request a double room for single occupancy, subject to the applicable supplement

Choice of Accommodation

You can view all available accommodation types on our website.
When booking, you may indicate one or more preferences. We will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee a specific accommodation in advance.

The price does not vary according to the accommodation selected, except when the accommodation is used by fewer guests than its intended capacity (for example, a 4-person accommodation occupied by 2 guests).

Spa access is generally available from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Guests are required to bring slippers, swimwear and a towel for the final shower. A bathrobe will be provided by the property.
A swimming cap is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended. Long hair must be tied back.
The spa has changing rooms with showers, hairdryers and personal lockers with keys.
Access is not permitted to children under 14 years of age.
ACQUAVITAE Spa and the restaurant are open every day except Tuesday.
For day guests, restrictions may apply to Saturday afternoon access, as priority is given to guests staying overnight at the property.
If wine therapy is included, it may be replaced with a rose petal bath or a cocoa bath.

Divinum Spa is available every day.
Inside the spa, you will find a changing area and facilities for your final shower.
The entire spa area will be reserved exclusively for you for the full two-hour session.
Guests are required to bring slippers, swimwear and a towel for the final shower. A bathrobe will be provided by the property.
The wellness centre is open every day except Tuesday, by reservation, with half-day access available from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

The wellness centre has separate changing rooms for men and women, equipped with lockers with keys, showers and hairdryers.
Children under 14 years of age are NOT permitted in this area.
The spa entrance is not directly connected to the guest rooms.
To access the spa, guests must bring swimwear and slippers. A swimming cap is not mandatory, but it is recommended for guests with delicate and/or colour-treated or bleached hair and scalp.
One bathrobe per person will be provided by the property.

All treatments are not recommended during pregnancy, with the exception of massages performed using a neutral oil.
Guests with specific health conditions (for example low blood pressure, pregnancy, or recent surgery) should consult their doctor before accessing the spa or taking part in any of the listed activities, whether for spa access only or for treatments. Particular care should be taken with activities involving immersion in hot water, such as wine therapy and other relaxing baths.
Access to the spa is not permitted to guests with fungal infections, warts, or skin conditions that may be transmitted to others.

Visits generally take place from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, as well as during holiday periods.
The winery visit lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The wine tasting is accompanied by rustic breadsticks.
The winery is located at Via Pontestura 81, Camino (AL), next to Bistrot Le Botti.
On days when the bistro and winery are closed, the included services will be replaced with alternatives of equivalent value.

In addition to the menu included in the package, guests may order extra dishes from a small à la carte menu.
To be seated in one of our barrel lounges, this must be requested at the time of booking. For parties of fewer than 4 people, however, we cannot guarantee that a barrel lounge will be assigned.

Guests can choose the included number of courses from the starters, first courses and main courses on our menu, plus a dessert of their choice.
